Modem won’t setup & I can’t get in touch with a real person
Went and purchased a new WiFi plan with y’all yesterday. Brought the modem home and tried to set up in app. Light will stay solid yellow/orange for 5 mins then blink yellow/orange. Went back into the store today and they gave me a new modem to try but I got the same results. Went back in to store for second time today and it only let me set a name and password for WiFi for the first time there. They sent me back home to try again and I’m getting the same results of 5 mins of orange/yellow then blinking orange yellow the rest of this time. I was on the phone with customer support for 45 mins yesterday with no luck of reaching a person and have been on the phone for an hour so far right now with no hope of reaching an actual person. I need help ASAP

Update. 2 hours into the phone call the stupid bot hung up due to “technical issues”. It’s getting to the point I might just switch back to my original provider.
