@ComcastChe I see you've helped a person with this in the past. Please please help.
All of the sudden my Apple TV and Mac Book are registering my internet in the Philadelphia area. So if I stream the Fox Now app (as an example) I get the Philly channel, but I'm in Michigan, in the Eastern time zone. I tested my Mac Book and Apple TV using my cell hotspot and that isn't happening, which tells me it's something in my internet settings, but I can't figure out how to change it.
I'd really appreciate your help.

Hi there, keomac. I can help! I can definitely get that signal on its way over to your modem. To get started, please send me a PM with your first and last name.
To send a private message, please click my name "ComcastMorgan" then select "Send a Message" on the right side.
Thanks!

Hi ComcastMorgan,
I have a similar issue where my location is in the San Francisco DMA but my Fox apps show me in the Sacramento DMA. The ABC, CBSN, and NBC operate correctly and give me SF live channels while I get the Sacramento live channel. I tried to send you a porvate message but, on my mac, using Chrome, I do not see a "send private message." I'd like to get this fixed if you are able. Thanks.
