Modem Router Equipment - End of Life

I have Xfinity’s 1GB internet service, and I just learned that both my modem and router are at the end of their life -14 years old. My old setup could only handle up to 300 Mbps download speeds, so it can’t keep up with my current plan. I’m looking to buy a new modem-router combo and would appreciate any suggestions on which one to get. Thanks for the advice.
