Modem recommendations

Now that Comcast has seen fit to make the 10.0.0.1 admin menu inaccessible to those customers running bridge mode I think it's time to replace the Comcast provided modem with a self owned / self controlled third party modem.

Looking to the community for recommendations on 3rd party modems you've had good luck with.
