modem not receiving docsis 3.1 signal (Arris SB8200)

I recently upgraded my modem, but the signal the model is receiving is the old docsis protocol. How should I proceed?

What color are the *Send* and the *Recieve* indicator lights on the front panel ? Solid green or solid blue ?

it is solid green on both send and receive (indicating 3.0 for both). I am assuming it should be solid blue for docsis 3.1

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
