Modem logs

I am receiving the following warning messages when my modem (Arris T25) boots up. Please help me to fix this as I've spoken to several chat techs that have only told me it's a t3 error. However, since adding in a -7db splitter I'm no longer getting t3 power errors...these are the only errors I'm getting. I have good downstream power (3-4db), snr of 38-40, and upstream power levels of 43-45db. Before adding the splitter it was 11-12/38-40/36-38.

(the log actually has the CMT-MAC with the **...the CM MAC is my mac address.)

  1. Post the complete stat logs of your modem.
  2. Is your internet service adversely being affected at all?

If this is because of the puma chipset. I will return the modem and install the xb7 I have coming from UPS. I still have until June 25th to return the personal modem.

Another interesting symptom is that if I turn on ipv6 my speeds cut in half.

It was being affected. It drops weekly literally every six days. I could set my clock off when it would shut down.

It was having t3 timeouts after a tech removed a splitter a couple of weeks ago, which caused the power issues. I can't say if this will continue or not, until the 6th day. As seen below it was getting t3 errors even upon a boot up...adding the splitter back didn't get rid of the warnings mentioned in the original post, however, it did get rid of the t3 errors.

I'm new so am adding screenshots via imgur. See below
