modem config file missing from modem firmware
I want to check that my modem is configured with the speed tier that I am paying for. The modem currently has no cofiguration file listed at all. Can you check it please?

Thanks for reaching out @user_72d67e! I see you also sent a Direct Message. Please be reminded that sending unsolicited Direct Messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Community Forum, is a violation of Forum Guidelines. In the future we ask that you please wait for an official Employee to invite you to send a Direct Message. This sounds like a modem provisioning/boot file issue, where the modem may not be pulling the correct file for your subscribed speed tier.
If you haven’t already, please open the Xfinity app, go to Internet → Troubleshoot, and run the modem diagnostics there. This can refresh the connection and flag provisioning issues that aren’t visible from the modem interface alone.

It’s also important to confirm that your modem is fully supported for your speed tier. You can verify compatible customer owned modems here:

Is this a new modem? Could you please confirm the model of the modem?

FWIW, it's been several years since I've seen any make / model of modem that is connected to the Comcast system display the config file naming convention.
