Modem blinking green
Got a new modem last night from the store and brought it home to setup. Followed the instructions on the app and it said “success”. After 10 minutes, the wifi stopped and the box was blinking green.
we unplugged the modem, made sure the coax cables were secure, and tried again. This time it said “unsuccessful” and the modem started blinking green then red.
