Modem blinking green and orange
I have had this Xfinity modem for years now and never had an issue until yesterday when my modem just started blinking orange and green lights. I’ve tried power cycling the modem and made sure that all the connections were plugged in well but still no luck. I’m wondering if I can just swap the modem for a new one at my local xfinity store and see if that works instead of having to wait until a technician arrives. Thank you.
