MOCA setup

I have an LG tv and I am on a Xfinity plan with high speed and unlimited data.  My problem is that my streaming service buffers quite often. I have my tv connected to the wireless and I also have attempted using Cable Matter usb to Ethernet.  I just get the same results, buffering.  I was reviewing Xfinity information and noted that my gateway has MOCA capability. I have not gone into the settings to change anything in the gateway.   Question, if I change the settings on the gateway it is my understanding that the only other piece necessary is a PoE filter.  Is this correct?  Once I have enabled the MOCA and installed the PoE filter I should be able to attach a coax cable from the wall to the tv and get higher speed.

If I’m not mistaken you will still need a moca adapter, since I have similar setup, but I already had a Poe filter pre installed on the outside.
