MoCA 2.0 worked for years but not this year

Hello!

In small bedroom, used Actiontec siccessfully for years to have internet on my Samsung Smart TV (cable modem gateway is in living room with 1st MoCA adapter).
That is, it's Wired connection on that TV, with ethernet cable coming from MoCA unit.

But starting this year - messages "Wired connection disconnected" then - ".. connected" but recently - just "Failed to setup Wired connection".
On both MoCA adapters "Coax" light is on.

I thought that my MoCA adapters became bad with years, so I bought new pair of the same Actiontec MoCA 2.0 adapters and installed it - nope, same thing, so it looks like Comcast issue.
Any thoughts?

@PaulGor Did you happen to upgrade your Internet bandwidth or changed the modem? What's the make and model of your Xfinity modem?

I'm seeing that my Router/gateway has been dhcp-serving IP addresses to my satellite STB over MoCa.  That's bad enough, but I think the reverse is also happening:  my main DVR/STB is dhcp-serving IP addresses to my other IP devices.  That's scary. Have you been experiencing this?
