MLB The Show 24 Video Game

I just purchased a digital copy of MLB The Show 2024 on my PS5. Since purchase I have not been able to connect to the online servers of the game. I have tried countless troubleshooting steps to be able to connect. Every other game that I play still connects just fine. My friend is able to connect on my account on his ATT internet just fine. I am playing on an ethernet connection. WiFi will not work either. 

Things I have tried.

  1. Rebuilding database
  2. uninstall the game and reinstalled the game
  3. installed the PS4 version
  4. Clear Cache
  5. Changed my firewall settings
  6. Changed my WPS settings
  7. Added port forwarding
  8. I got a brand-new modem from Xfinity as well

Any other advice or steps I can take?

Have you tried contacting the game's customer support center for any additional insight?

This is also an issue with me starting today.. I was able to play one online game and now it doesn’t let me connect, every other game works fine on my ps5.
