Missing Required Option 24 & Option 82
I have been having these two errors occur quite often which causes my connection to drop for just a moment. No other lag or issues, just the connection dropping and almost instantaneously resuming. While this would not be much of an issue, this moment drop causes my to be kicked out of my game. I have tried some things to resolve this issue with little success. I have placed my xb7 into bridge mode and made my Eero mesh network run things. I tried to allow ipv6 to stay on but the issue persisted, requiring me to turn off ipv6 through the Eero settings. I believe that even with it off the issue is persisting. I am at a loss of what to do and would rather not require a tech to come out. Thanks for any help or direct support.

Thanks for reaching out to us, when you're having these connection issues I highly recommend you jump on our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting and troubleshoot your services to see if our system detects an issue. If the issue cannot be resolved through the chat assistant during that time you're troubleshooting to chat assistant will connect you with an awesome xfinity agent that will then schedule a technician to come out and fix the issue
