Millions of uncorrectable codewords on modem

So I’m having connectivity issues with my internet. I checked the modem diagnostics and found millions of uncorrectable codewords on the downstream ofdm channels. Would this signify a modem issue? Or an ISP issue?

There is a known glitch with some makes / models of modem's firmware where the measuring mechanism incorrectly reads the power level, the SNR, and the bit errors for that channel. So it reads many errors when there really aren't.

That said. What do the modem's signal stats look like ?

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Also post any error log entries in their entirety.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
