Mid-Split Availability

There seems to be a lot of additional fiber and upgrading of equipment going on in my neighborhood and I'm curious if this is related to Mid-Split or even possibly DOCSIS 4.0 rollout.  I'm in a suburb of Denver to the South and North of Colorado Springs.  Is it possible to see when either of these services may be available?

Thanks!

@jsterling & @Lowrider001From Jeff Baumgartner : "Comcast has launched upstream-expanding mid-splits in 35% of it's footprint and is on target to hit 50% by year-end."

Is there any list of priority of where they are going first? Whether it’s fiber or mid split? Cuz I would go to fiber if it’s in my area as long as the install price isn’t ridiculous or can be rolled into a contract
