Micro interruptions
I am struggling with micro interruptions from my XFinity router/modem.
I am experiencing multiple frozen video and dropping connections using Teams. Additionally, noticing our home phone has the same interruptions ( uses the same router/ modem).
is there a way for Comcast to monitor the output to look for these micro interruptions?
should I replace the router/modem?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_xlrh7d! Intermittent connection issues are never fun, especially when you need your internet for work. Just to confirm, does the home phone experience this issue at the same time as the internet?
Have you noticed if all devices lose their connection at the same time?
