MDU HD-uDTA-E Internet Issues
Hello, my girlfriend’s apartment uses these MDU boxes to facilitate Xfinity internet to each unit. The issue we’re currently facing is that she pays for an 800mbps plan and the internet is only providing roughly 100mbps. There is a white ‘high bandwidth’ Xfinity modem/router connected to the box via coax cable. Is there anything that Xfinity can help us with or would we need to contact the apartment management? The internet is noticeably slow as well (I have a 400mbps plan at my condo and it is much faster).
