MDD Message Timout and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

I have had this issue for a few months now. We see the most effect with any sort of streaming on our Smart TV, but occasionally it effects the connections of our laptops as well.

I have a personal Modem/Router: Motorola MG7700

I have read the other forums and completed the following:

1) Power down/Power up

2) Disconnected everything from network, then power cycled

3) Log into modem and router and manually rebooted

4) Inspected cable (no splitters)

I am out of DIY solutions.
