MDD message timeout

Over the past 3 weeks, xfinity has completed upgrades in my area and communicated them to me. Frustratingly, our entire neighborhood has constant internet drops and TV signal drops after the upgrades. The tech came out on site and found no issue with the setup. The modem log is filled with "MDD message timeout" that occurs each time the internet drops for 1 to 2 minutes. I have been unable to get any other assistance.

Conclusion/Resolution:

Escalated the issue up to a line tech, who are separate from the techs that come inside the house and have the bucket trucks. The line tech reviewed multiple reports over a two day period and reviewed the node and amplifiers. I had compiled the list of neighbors, addresses, and their comments about it being a global issue only since the "next generation internet" upgrades. The tech reviewed internally with others and there was a bad batch of adapters sent out that was inside the node that serviced the neighborhood. After replacing this there has not been any TV freezing or any internet drops, including no MDD Message timeout or T3 or T4 timeouts.
