MBPs have been slow for days, cannot get through to a live person

I need to fix my Internet. I have been running at 2-4 MBPs for days. Called my router company, Eero, they said everything looks fine on their end and I need to call xfinity. I've already restarted my modem many, many many times, every time I call Xfinity, the robot voice just tells me to restart the modem again. I need to speak to a actual real live person. I'm starting to get really [Edited: "Language"].

user_d4djlq Thanks for posting on our Forums. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your internet speeds. Do you have any signal readings that you can share with the downstream or upstream signals? I ask since there may be an indication there if there is interference in the signal on the way to your home that we'd need a tech out to assist with. Have you also tried to remove the router and test the speeds with a device connected directly to the modem?

Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
