MB8611 - Uncorrected errors
Hello.
Would someone with the ability to improve the signal quality to my residence please respond to this thread. Lately, I have been experiencing a large amount of uncorrected errors on my modem which has been in service less than four years; model Motorola MB8611. Yesterday a Level 2 Repair Tech had attempted to solve the problem with a different modem boot file but the errors have remained unchanged. Screenshot provided for visual verification of the ongoing problem.
