MB8611 stopped working, high speed strobing LEDs

Bought an Arris SB6190 because I'm stupid. So I bought a Motorola MB8611. I've had it for a week. Internet drops out at least 10-15 times per day. Calling was no help. Now, randomly at 4:45am, it dropped out and never came back. Go to look at the modem, and all of the lights are strobing at high speed(no not flashing, not blinking, STROBING), and that's all it does. Unplugging/power cycling does nothing. Factory reset button does nothing. Is there no way to fix this trash before a house full of people who work from home wake up and come to rip my throat out?

Is the top *power* indicator light doing the same thing ? If so, seems that the device is malfunctioning.

@EG Yeah, all of the lights, in unison. Tried a different (equivalent) power adapter based on a few reddit posts, also didn't help. Right after I posted here, I switched back to the Arris, but that modem isn't capable of getting the full 1200Mbps. It also has the same issue of dropping connection numerous times per day. Going to send the Motorola back to Amazon, I guess, while its still well within the return period. Really don't want to have to pay an unending fee for a modem I will never own, but it's looking like giving up and renting the modem again is the easiest solution.

You don't have to rent one. There are other retail models available that support the gig speed tier. Good luck !
