MB8611 firmware upgrade
My Motorola MB8611 Modem regularly reboots causing our internet to go down. It appears the firmware is very out of date and that Comcast is supposed to update it. How do I get it upgraded to the latest versions:
Version on the modem:

At this time, we’re unable to manually upgrade the firmware on your Motorola MB8611. Firmware updates for customer-owned modems are automatically pushed by Xfinity when available.
I also see you mentioned that your internet connection is going down regularly. As a first step, can you please ensure that your coaxial cable is securely tightened on both the modem and the wall outlet?
