MB8611 Downstream Bonded Channels high levels of uncorrectable

Hello so previous I had way more than what on the screenshot below I thought hard resetting would've fixed the issue however it did not I then had someone reprovisioned the boot file and that didn't solve the issue so what now do I just request a tech visit? Here two screenshots two days apart I forgot to take the one from a 30 day run however the issue occurs pretty quickly that it makes no difference

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to Xfinity Support:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3wjbsKk

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

•  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

•  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
