MB8600 T3 Timeouts

Have had this modem for about 6 months and am now experiencing regular ping spikes every few seconds ranging from 10-70ms.


I've ruled out all external factors from the modem and noticed T3 timeouts in the event log. I contacted Xfinity Assistant's live chat and all they say is their signals seem fine... Is my modem defective or is this on Xfinity's end?
