MB8600 Modem Dropping Internet Throughout the Day

I have had this modem and router (Eero) setup for approximately 2 years. Nothing has changed. 

I have a 600mbps plan with Xfinity. I have trouble shooted with Xfinity phone support to no avail, and they believe it is a modem issue. Possibly a firmware issue. The firmware I am currently running is 8600-21.3.3. After researching other forum posts, I have come here to share the diagnostics of my modem, to see if anybody can tell me what the issue is.

Had the same issue with the same modem and the same runaround from their tech support. Then I got a notice that they had an "outage" in the area and would be doing maintenance on it. That seemed to stabilize it and the modem that one of their offshore techs said was bad is working just fine now. I had 2 spare modems and was on my third one. It would work for a day or so then drop and I could never reconnect and had to switch modems. Talking to a couple techs they kept saying there was a problem provisioning the modem. Not sure what to tell you at this point but that was my recent experience.
