Massive Ping Spikes

Hey there, I recently changed my bedrooms and this bedrooms coax outlet doesn't provide signal, so I am currently using Wifi. I have tried using 2 different modems and 2 different routers. I first came across this problem 2 weeks ago, but after 2-3 days it went away so I was happy. Last night, it started happening again and is still currently happening. I get about 30 seconds of 20~ms ping, then will randomly get a ping spike to 2600ms ping. While this is ok for web browsing or watching shows. This makes playing video games unplayable, which is why I pay for the fastest internet in my area. Linked is a picture of my ping log.
