Manual extension promised in chat

I was promised a 24 hour extension with out service interruption. I waited one hour for my app to update with a new due date as promised but it did not. So I went back to the chat and asked why it hadn’t updated and I was told “sorry the agent was wrong and we cannot do that.” You service will be disconnected in a couple hours. I have been a customer for 10 years and I will be leaving Xfinity after this.
