Manage Devices

How can I manage my devices with my PC? DON"T have a "Smart" phone, so can't do the "App" thing!

Not sure if this still works (YMMV), but as a workaround, you can try using an Android VM (Virtual Machine / emulator) app on your PC, like the MuMu player. Download the Xfinity app to it and do it from there. Good luck !

Same here, it just loops right back to the barcode page. They may have deliberately changed something, or the page is malfunctioning. Sorry.

@user_1qqvtv  Thanks for reaching out, You will need the Xfinity App to manage your devices. The app does not work on Windows and Amazon phones.  For Apple (iOS 17.2 or later), For Android (10.0 or later)

I have a link to share with more information on how to manage your network https://www.xfinity.com/hub/internet/xfinity-app

My second link goes into some benefits you have with the Xfinity App  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-xfinity-app

@user_1qqvtv some features are only going to be available in the Xfinity app. What feature are you needing to change or edit?

It looks like that's something you would need the Xfinity app to do @user_1qqvtv. If you're comfortable doing so, restoring the modem to default settings and setting up your network again may work around the issue. You can use the pinhole behind the modem to do that. You would need to hold a small item like a paper clip down for 30 seconds and use the settings on the bottom of the modem to set up your network again.
