The best course of action would be to schedule a technician visit. It is possible that water is getting into the line that feeds your house. I experienced the same issue about two years ago, and a tech replaced all the line from the drop on the pole all the way to the outlet in my home. A squirrel had chewed on the cable, creating a point of entry for the water. When it would rain, my internet would at first become unstable, then just die.
