I stopped receiving incoming calls on my magic jack which is plugged into my xfinity gateway router.  Magic Jack says I need to disable SIP ALG in my router settings, which I cannot locate anywhere and do not believe is possible.  Has anyone resolved issues with magic jack, and if so how?

icyblue082 Unfortunately, that is a setting that cannot be modified on the Xfinity Gateway.

I have the same problem.  I can make calls but cannot get incoming calls.  I read all kinds of fixes to change ports on the Xfinity app but that did not work.
