I have no problem with my xfinity.I just need to downgrade to something cheaper.I am on social security.

user_q7zouf Thank you so much for letting us know you are looking for lower-cost options. We have a great option for Internet only with our Internet Essentials program if you are currently enrolled in some qualifying low-income programs. The normal requirement for not having services for 90 days is being waived until December so check it out. We also have our NOW services which are lower-cost options with more flexibility to stop services when you do not need them.  NOW TV options  NOW Internet
