low upstream power level - Modem cable connection poor cax80

Hello I was reviewing my gateway settings for my Netgear Nighthawk cax80 when i noticed i have poor cable connection. Upon further inspection it said I have low upstream power level (currently 27.8dBmV, recommended level is from 30 to 50dBmV). I have double checked the connection from the coax wall port to the modem port and everything seems secured. Is there anything on my end that i am able to do to improve my cable connection or is this something Xfinity controls and is able to fix on their end?

On another note, I have also updated my internet plan from 1200mbps down and 40mbps up to 2100mbps down and 300mbps up. I will be installing Ethernet in my home and would like to know if these speeds are close to obtainable with a wired connection.

Thank you
