Low Downstream Power on OFDM Channel 194 (-10.82 dBmV) causing profile assignment switches, uncorrectables, and overall instability.

Neighborhood was upgraded to NextGen last fall.  Since then I have been having general instability and wireless range loss.  I have tried multiple modems & routers thinking it was potentially hardware issue, but event logs from all the devices show no changes.  Had a technician run diagnostics on 4/19 at the pedestal of my address and the testing failed.  I was given limited information but the diagnostics failed upstream and downstream testing, a RTM service ticket was created (Code U31, ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"].  Called to get a status update on the ticket and was told the service was completed.

I have had no improvements to internet and modem continues to reflect low power, and event logs continue to show underlying line noise/ingress or attenuation on the higher frequencies (especially Channel 194) is still present. The slight fluctuations in power and the high uncorrectables show the signal is not clean enough for stable DOCSIS 3.1 operation.

Xfinity has scheduled another tech visit, but I know the tech cannot resolve the issue since the noise is coming somewhere in between the node and my pedestal.  Hoping someone out there has guidance for how to escalate this issue properly.

baldi785 Thank you for creating a post on our Community Forums. If there are issues with the network lines leading to your home, I agree that there is only so much a home technician will be able to assist with, and referring additional work to maintenance teams would be the best next step. If they have already done so and that work is showing completed, my team can help reach out to our local contacts to help escalate the issue and get more attention on this for you. Has the recent tech appointment already been completed, and was there any new insight on the issue or signal health?
