low download speed
I have X1 Pro+ and my download speed is 93.2 and upload is 35.5. I did get an email saying I got an increase in speed last week but I haven't seen a change. I had the virtual assistant check and it said that the signal was good and the Xfinity modem was fine. My account says I should get up to 1000 mbps.

Hi user_45qdn8, I'm glad to hear you received that email regarding the speed upgrades we made across our network. And I can imagine you're eager to take advantage of those. We may need to take a look at some signal issues, but before I do, I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions. Are you using a standalone/personal router along with your gateway? Also, are you seeing slow speeds on all of your devices or just one? And finally, are you testing over Wi-Fi, ethernet, or both types of connections?
