Low download internet speed

On my tariff plan ( Download speed: up to 300 Mbps, Upload speed: up to 20 Mbps) but download speed always less then 95 Mbps.

I did a speed test on different sites and the result is the same download speed less than 95 Mbps. I attached a screenshot with the test results.
Please help me with this issue.
