Lots of Packet Loss
Downloaded 2 tools, TCPView (to see what IP address my games were using) and Ping Plotter to check the latency on the hops from my machine to the game server. I'm attaching a photo of the Plotter. Packet loss should be <1%, and as you can see it's well over that on hops that are far outside of my LAN. This is a capture of a recent test (many before were MUCH worse, ranging in the 15-30% Packet Loss).
I'm paying for 800Mbps/24Mbps (but I don't ever get above 550Mbps down). When doing some speed tests, I'll see that jitter is always low, but during the DL, latency might be ~10ms, but then explode to 250ms or more for a moment.
There are 5 nodes in a 12-node jump that are experiencing 3%+ PL. Any ideas? Getting a person with a pulse is tough, and when you do, they are hell bent on not sending out techs, nor do they know what an IP address is, so I'm looking for alternative avenues of support. On top of this, it doesn't seem to be an issue on my end.
