Lots of disconnects

I get disconnected many times a day, 10-20 or more.  Usually lasts about 5-10 seconds.


Here's a link to my connection information:


I see there's a downstream channel with 0 hz and 0.0 dBmV, and another downstream channel with 255 uncorrectables, and 18,217,806 corrected.


I also see I only have 3 upstream channels?


This is on Comcast / Xfi, with a Arris SB8200.


My best guess is tree branches rocking in the wind putting pressure on the line, but wanted to check here before I try to get someone out to diagnose.  Any help is appreciated.
