Lost connection due to untrusted certificates
My internet has been working just fine for weeks. Suddenly one day I’m unable to use the internet on my phone, TV, and laptop. I get a pop up box on my phone that says “cannot identify server identity” for m.Hotmail.com and for Susi.Comcast.net. I have not changed anything that would cause this. When I try to browse the web, it says it cannot connect to a secure server. When I check my connection, it says I’m connected. I’ve tried restarting my equipment. I tried to call Xfinity and have been hung up on three times after telling me I should just cancel my internet since it doesn’t work. Horrible customer service and still no internet

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_29855c. I would be happy to look into any internet issue from hereor you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
