Losst aervice request

I've been trying to get Comcast to remove lose trip and fall hazard for two months. Even got a few responses saying they're working on it. Today's report is Your Ticket Request #ECM0026623725. The cables are an eyesore and a trip and fall hazard on my patio and they are still there.
