loss of IPv4 traffic after local Xfinity "upgrade"

On 20 July 2023, I recv'd phone txt msg from Xfinity about them "working to enhance my network", but afterwards, I have No IPv4 traffic (as indicated by my pfsense dashboard). Please return my IPv4 traffic. Thanks

In addition to post above, I rebooted my NetGear CM1150V modem and my pfsense router/firewall device but no change.  My pfsense "WAN_DHCP" IPv4 shows "Offline, "100% Packetloss".  Before the recent local Xfinity work, I had full IPv4 internet connectivity.

Please help . . . restore my IPv4 traffic/connection.  Thanks

Good afternoon, @Anon269285. We would be happy to look further into why you are not getting IPv4. Thank you for resetting the modem and router to try and get that working again. Those are great steps to take! I would like to start with provisioning your modem so we will need to access your account from here. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
