Loss of connection because of bad cable signal
5 days ago we lost internet connectivity in our apartment. 2 techs have been sent out but neither could solve the issue. We were told that our cable signal is very week and that the construction team needs to come out to fix it. Apparently the cables in our building were run from the 12th floor down and we’re on the 3rd floor so by the time the signal reaches our apartment it’s almost nonexistent. I’m not sure why it was set up like this but it needs to be fixed. We haven’t been able to get any status on a resolution. We work from home so this is a big problem.
Interestingly our cable TV works fine but the internet is gone.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

SNR we’re seeing a range from 39 to 41 dB.
Power level we’re seeing -9 to -6 dBmV.
