Losing internet connections across rooms and devices

We have been experiencing issues for the last month.  We have tried restarting modem and the devices and upped the internet level from 400mg to 600mg, and the problem is just as bad.  Needs to get fixed pretty quick or I'm looking for another provider.  Any other ideas?
