Losing connection to a source
Hello, I am having trouble staying connected to a source (Kinetick).
Randomly connection drops, and I have to disconnect then reconnect to establish connection again. I contacted Kinetick and they said this:
This could indicate an issue on a server between you and the Kinetick servers. You may want to contact your internet service provider to see if they can change the path you take to reach our servers.
Kinetick uses the following servers to connect:
*.interquote.com
*.7ticks.com
How can I fix this and "change the path" ?

Run a Ping and a Traceroute test to the servers in question as outlined in Xfinity Internet Connection Troubleshooting Tips and post the results.
