Lose internet every 10 minutes
This is driving me crazy. This has been happening for a long time. I call and the tell me to shut the modem and restart it. I’ve done that three times in the last few days. Doesn’t help!! We lose internet! The working sign comes on. This can not continue. I test the speed (of course when it comes back in and it says it’s great. Not so great when it stops working

Our team here on the forums can take a look into your account on our side here at Xfinity and do our best to help! Can you please send us a private message with your full name and service address? To send the requested information:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
