First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hello @user_38e053! As @EG mentioned, you can find out a lot of information about your services by logging into your Xfinity account through the web portal, or use the Xfinity app. There are also built in troubleshooting options that may help determine any issues.
