Looking for expert in hacking solutions
I am like others in that I have been hacked. Trying to connect the dots, spyware was somehow put onto my desktop, making it sluggish and free. Then the next step in their scheme is a phone call from a 215 that read Comcast corp. The person explained that they were trying to update my modem and were having trouble.. The asked if I was having the type of issues I described above. I trusted them and allowed them to remote into my computer and do other dumb stuff. I never thought it would be me. I have changed phone numbers, and done factory resets, and yet they keep infecting my devices. I was in my zNorton suite and it looked like a copy of my laptop and been copied right next to it! I had been getting a lot of robocalls and smap in my email and text messages. I believe they have my phone tapped and drop calls on me at just the perfect time for them. I could go on. It has worked me emotionally, affected every aspect of my life. Doesn anyone know of someone that would work with me to try and clean up this mess? Disheartened in Virginia, Xfinity service is a HUGE waste of time. Many hours on the phone, being transferred and people outside the country poorly trained. Their mobile service is no better. Any leads on someone I could consult with that has the brain power I would deeply apprecaite it. I take casre of a disabled vet, work two jobs and not in great shape myself. Thank you for reading. Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to us via our Forums. I am sorry to read that you are going through such a hard time after the call. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance Department to assist with these issues. Please call 1-800-Xfinity to have them transfer you. You may also need to factory reset your computer if it is infected with any type of virus or spyware to remove it.
