Looking for assistance with an Internet-Only promotion

Hello,

I am looking for assistance from a corporate digital care specialist to review the available promotional offers for my account. My goal is to secure a standalone, internet-only plan.

I recently attempted to navigate this via the standard online chat, but the agent was incredibly aggressive and high-pressure about forcing an Xfinity Mobile bundle onto my plan, insisting on an IMEI number. When I remained adamant about not switching carriers and allowed the chat to timeout, the agent seemingly retaliated by flooding my phone with roughly 9 automated SMS spam alerts and multiple emails within a span of less than two minutes. It was a highly uncomfortable and frustrating experience that left me incredibly dissatisfied.

Could a representative please help me look at standalone, internet-only packages currently available for my account tier? I am currently on the 500 Mbps tier and would like to find a promotional rate closer to what I was originally paying. I am strictly looking for a clean internet promotion.
