Long Term Outages

I live in a building of 8 units. Our address has lost internet no fewer than 100 times in the last week and a half. Your company is aware because it sends messages apologizing & giving estimated repair times. I have been unable to get a representative on the phone. Basically none of your customers at our address have had service in the last week and a half. It comes up and goes right back down. Are we going to be reimbursed for this being that your company is well aware that it's happening? Further, what's going on? When can we expect to have reliable service again? It is insane that I can't get anyone on the phone to address this issue.
