Logs System Event and Firewall

Does changing SSID delete logs?

I changed the SSID approximately 2 weeks ago. Today I checked all logs for the past 90 days and found:

1 admin log for today

3 event logs total for dates June 17 and 18.

If changing SSID deletes prior logs, it's still very unusual that I have only 4 total logs within the last 2 weeks. I would normally have many firewall logs for each day.

When I log into my router and under Troubleshooting check logs for the last 90 days I am missing logs.

In my message above, when I checked my logs for the last 90 days on June 18 I only had the following logs:

1 admin log for June 18

3 event logs total for dates June 17 and 18

Today I checked my logs for the last 90 days and I only have:

System Logs for the past 90 days: User admin log in June 21

Event logs for the past 90 days:  No logs

Firewall Logs for the past 90 days: 4 events total on June 20 and June 21.

Today the logs I referenced I had on June 17 and 18 no longer show up when I run a report.  Why are these logs missing?  Why am I not getting logs? I usually have several firewalls logs every day.

Thank you for sharing those details with me. Just to ensure that we are on the same page. What device/program are you using to track those logs?

@user_25fdea Have you tried using the admin tool, the Wireless Gateway's administration site (https://comca.st/39J9kWX)?

I am using the admin tool,  logging in as admin at 10.0.0.1 .

Thank you for confirming. I have never heard of logs being deleted if an SSID is changed. A Factory Reset will remove old logs, but that is the only way I know to do that. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to troubleshoot why or how this happened.
